We had a group of 10 stay at this property over Labor Day and it was everything we needed and then some. Great location. Great amenities. Plenty of places to sleep and lounge. 10/10

This listing exceeded all expectations! The house is beautiful and was very clean! The kitchen has everything you need. There are two refrigerators which was very nice to have. The pool is gorgeous and clean as well. Our favorite spot was the back yard. The beds are comfortable. The only complaint we had was the ceiling fan in the master room made a clicking sound when on. The host was very quick to respond and immediately sent a fan for replacement. I highly recommend!

Communication was great, porter was quick to respond. Location was great, it is a very QUIET neighborhood, very clean, drive 5 minutes or less for anything, Target, Safeway, gas, food. Extra pillows and blankets, towels stocked. For larger groups and longer stays, maybe add some more bathroom necessities like toilet paper ect. We did notice there were a few tiles on the back patio that were loose, when you get out of the amazing, very clean pool, you could slip. The backyard has a little golf court, float devices, corn hole, patio furniture, it’s perfect for entertaining. The garage has foosball and ping pong, AC and it was so fun! Check in and out was a breeze. We found a scorpion in the large bathroom, sent them a message and they responded right away with questions. This house is amazing, I can’t say enough good things about it. The beds are super comfy. The bunk beds are full/queen size and fit couples easily! Well decorated, and gorgeous.

This was a great place to stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need, plenty of mirrors/bathroom space for everyone to get ready. We will definitely be rebooking this property in the future

We absolutely loved everything about this house and the back yard was heaven! It was myself and 4 girlfriends and the house space was perfect for us with room to spare. The owners of this house have thought of absolutely everything! If I find myself back in Phoenix are I would definitely book this place again. I was disappointed that we didn’t have a heated hot tub or pool waterfall unless we paid another $150.00 a day, other than that it was flawless.

Amazing house! My friends and I loved every minute of being here, felt right at home. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen was lovely. It would have been beneficial if basic kitchen items were available (salt, pepper, oil, etc) as they are in other airbnbs I’ve stayed at, but since this is owned by a company, it might have different rules.
Saved for future visits, highly recommend. The pool was incredible.
