My (and my dog's) second time staying at this lovely condo. Great location in quiet area of Continental Country Club - easy drive to town or great hikes. Deck is wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Comfortably furnished with well-equipped kitchen. Host was responsive to questions. Only issue was another recent renter had noted the door to the deck was hard to close and had to get handyman out to fix it. I was able to close it but it is still sticking a lot and not easy to close and latch. I let owner/management know door needs to be looked at. Also as noted in listing, there's no A/C. Was totally pleasant during the day and cooled down nicely by middle of night but a bit warm when I first went to bed and I couldn't get ceiling fan in bedroom to run at more than low speed so ceiling fan may need to be looked at and/or would be nice if owner provided a couple of floor fans to aid in air circulation. Would definitely stay again!

If you find this place not booked and you're looking to come visit Flagstaff, book it. It's got amazing views of Mt. Elden and you're not far from good hikes. Kathryn is very responsive and helpful. I would come back.

Nice place a bit smaller than expected but a great deal for the price. Location was good and close enough to downtown and sights around the area.

I was familiar with the neighborhood, so finding the unit was no problem at all. It was an end unit, so it was nice and private and had a wonderful view and lovely trees off the deck. There were quite a few steps to negotiate from the parking area to the actual unit which made unloading luggage, etc. a bit of a challenge. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for clothing, etc. With ceiling fans in both the living area and the bedroom, the temperature in the unit was quite comfortable.
All in all, the unit was perfect for a single person to enjoy.

Great 1 bedroom condo, north facing, shaded so no need for AC during our stay in June. Super clean, better than pictures, with all the amenities we needed. Our dog loved sitting out in the balcony and also loved the outdoor large grassy areas shaded with pine trees. Great location near the country club. Would definitely stay there again!
