Kathryn was an amazing host! There were a few hiccups (completely out of her control) and she rectified them immediately. She was very responsive and very helpful. The place was squeaky clean, it smelled great and it was just like being at home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was decorated beautifully and cozy. The only downfall is we didn’t stay longer. This will be our go to when visiting Flagstaff. I would highly recommend the property to anyone. Thank you Kathryn for a wonderful Spring Break and entrusting us with your home.

This is a really nice house, clean, close to everything and a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I travel a lot and this Airbnb was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room for everyone, clean, beautiful home inside and out, we loved the pool table and arcade area. But most of all we loved the fire pit, since we went in January it made the perfect s’more area. We traveled with 4 adult kids, my husband and myself and still so much room everyone had their own areas in the house if they wanted. Great family getaway!!
Only thing I’d warn people about is the EXTREMELY steep driveway. It would not be an idea home for handicapped in wheelchairs or has a hard time going up steep stairs or driveways. It wasn’t trouble for us but for others it might be.
Other than that this home is perfect.

Place was awesome. The game room was a lot of fun. Plan on going back in a few weeks.
