If you are visiting Sedona Kathryn's place would be my first pick! Beautiful views, community very peaceful, the home is very clean and everything matched from the description. My only issue was the lockbox to access keys...it was very hard to open when we arrived and during departure. We loved our stay😊

Kathryn's home was extremely comfortable for our long weekend. The location was close to everything we wanted or needed but still quiet and private. If you're traveling from a metropolitan, do spend time stargazing in the evenings.

We spent a month in this beautiful home enjoying the large windows looking over beautiful landscape. Everything was according to the description except that the garage is locked off and the driveway is steep and turns at the end. We were 2 couples in 2 full size pickups so parking was trying. We finally started backing up the driveway and parking at the end instead of turning towards the garage. Communication was always prompt and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
