This was a beautiful home with plenty of space. It was great for my party of 10. Had everything we needed and provided a very peaceful environment. Kathryn was always helpful and very responsive. We had the best time here!

This was a very special vacation for our family. We enjoyed having such a wonderful and comfortable place to come to at the end of each day. We would not hesitate to stay there again should we ever come this way again.

The house was great for accommodating our large group of 14. Everything was clean, there were towels for everyone, extra blankets, kitchen was stocked with small appliances and plenty of dishware. The extra beds (not shown in pic's) are an airbed and 2 small foam mattresses. (Could use an extra set of twin sheets) The Location: On one hand is not the best, as it is right off the fwy, with only a gas station and 2 fast food places. You would need to drive to Flagstaff or Williams for any shopping/sightseeing. On the other hand is great if you are just hanging out at the house, which is what we did (besides our day trip to the Grand Canyon). A Sidenote: this property is run by a vacation rental co., being that I booked through AirBNB, I am used to receiving all messages regarding my stay via text message. however, this was not the case, it was mostly through email and I missed the reminder to take the trash bins out to the street because of that. I wish i would have received via text.

Nice large, clean, and inviting home with enough space for our group of 9 (5 adults and 4 kids) Kitchen was large and had plenty of amenities. It’s a nice touch to have games for all ages to play. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer. Very responsive host. Will stay again when in the area and recommend this home.
