The house was as described and perfect for our family. Would stay here again! I saw one review about the heating and was a bit nervous about it but it was totally fine. The room that isn’t as warm is where the pool table located. We were caught off guard about the driveway a bit and the amount of ice on it. We struggled leaving but all worked out with chains so I would suggest to make sure you have some.

Our stay at Kathryn's place was great. It was as described in the description. The home was spacious with separate living areas and game areas. It included everything that we needed.

We did not spend much time there because of activities, but the children really enjoyed the home.

Great, peaceful property just a few minutes outside of Flagstaff proper. We really enjoyed some peaceful cooler quiet moments in the woods with friends in our stay here. The house is really neat, unique, and eclectic. It was cleaned extensively prior to our arrival.
There were wifi issues, but easily fixed and the host responded quickly with where to find the wifi router to restart it.
Beautiful area and would definitely recommend staying again!
