Great house, clean, quiet, parking, comfy beds, close to downtown, just perfect for any flagstaff activity.

Enjoyed the space of the house, liked being able to use the garage especially with Flagstaff weather and having kids. We travel everyday to surrounding areas of Arizona and felt it was VERY easy and accessible locations. we had planned to cook more but so many good restaurants near by we had take out more than planned!

We had a great stay at Katherine's place. The location was nice for quick grocery stops and easy access to the highway. The place was clean and nice to relax after being out all day.

We enjoyed our stay. Very Homie and clean. Would book again.

We had a great stay, spacious enough for 8 adults and the location was hassle-free getting to Snowbowl. Garage parking was an awesome feature also for heading to the mountain early! Kitchen had all the necessities and plenty of seating room for all of us to eat together
