I would 100% stay here again.

Definitely one of the most beautiful homes I’ve vacationed in. Very peaceful area, the views are stunning. I would definitely return.

We had an excellent trip! The house was beautiful and peaceful and the views of the mountains were gorgeous. We hope to return soon and would highly recommend this rental for anyone staying near Sedona.

Kathryn’s place was absolutely beautiful and well equipped and furnished to accommodate our family reunion. Host was responsive and property was clean and spacious. The surrounding area was gorgeous and easy access to explore many activities and main attractions. We loved the space and are taking back many great memories with us.

Beautiful home, great location, gorgeous views, had everything we needed and then some, and well worth the price. Loved the privacy and dark enough to see the stars. We felt lucky to find this place.

We LOVED this place! It made us wish we had a longer time in Sedona instead of just the 2 nights. You can see Bell Rock from the porch, and one morning I saw hot air balloons. We liked the location, but I will say that it would have been a headache getting into Uptown Sedona mid day/early afternoon. We were there in March/Spring Break and had been warned of traffic. Thankfully, we left for our adventures (hiking) earlier in the mornings and didn't get caught in it. My advice is to do the same. But the house was so awesome it would have still been worth it. My kids thought it was the best stay ever!
