Some friends and I went out to this property for a bachelor party / golf trip, essentially serving as a "home base" for the weekend. The home exceeded our expectations and was an absolute gem for the trip. There was PLENTY to do at the home, with games, a pool, a putting green, a fire pit, etc. The home was truly a highlight of our trip and every person who attended enjoyed it thoroughly. The kitchen and main floor was plenty big enough to accommodate the 14 people that stayed. The patio and pool area was amazing, providing plenty of shade and entertainment throughout the days! I highly suggest this property to anyone needing a larger home to stay in in the Phoenix / Scottsdale area.

Game rooms provided ample entertainment in the summer. Family really enjoyed it. Management company even sent a person out on a Saturday to fix a minor issue with the pool fountain!

The property is beautiful and worked wonderfully for our family vacation. All ages had things to do. A wonderful selection of games and activities in addition to the great pool. I would highly recommend this property.

Other than a few items that did not work…dishwasher (and actually nothing was resolved during our stay) and the blinds on the patio were not working. It almost sounded like, when communicating with Porter, that it was known but I suppose, the owner did not want to invest in fixing the problems)
