Awesome place! Really cool space, everything you could need and more. We will have to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the patio!

My husband and I just finished a wonderful long weekend celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary at the Cozy Hilltop Retreat. It was so snug and comfortable and the space was spotless and thoughtfully appointed. There were many thoughtful touches and attention to detail. The location was a lovely, quiet neighborhood away from the hub, but easy to hop on the interstate and get around fairly quickly. We loved it so much we hope to make it a yearly (at least ;) destination. Thank you so much for hosting us in your lovely guest retreat!

This was a great place to escape for the week while we explored the Grand Canyon and Sedona! Kathryn provided absolutely every amenity you could ask for and provided suggestions for excursions and things to do around the area. Wonderfully cozy and a great midpoint between all the things we wanted to see across the state!

Pictures don’t do justice! We loved this place so much and wish we could have stayed longer. We have 2 boys and we were able to go sledding the entire time on the property! The beds are SO COMFORTABLE! I can’t wait to stay here again. I think this will be our forever winter vaca home!

Kathryn's place was exactly as pictured and better. So clean and full of thoughtful amenities you might need for your stay. My friends and I fell in love with the place, such cozy and beautiful decor, comfortable beds and overall great location for our visit to Flagstaff and Sedona.
