amazing stay! place was clean and very comfortable, and location was very convenient to most places (and the grand canyon!). would come back again

It was perfect for our family of 4 on our first trip to Arizona. We really enjoyed the comfort of the house and the arcade game and pool table were a plus for the kids. Its a short drive into town and it’s in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The house was very comfortable for our family of five, and the pool table kept our kids entertained during down times. Great home base for our trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona!! Thanks for everything!!!

Kathryn was an amazing host! There were a few hiccups (completely out of her control) and she rectified them immediately. She was very responsive and very helpful. The place was squeaky clean, it smelled great and it was just like being at home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was decorated beautifully and cozy. The only downfall is we didn’t stay longer. This will be our go to when visiting Flagstaff. I would highly recommend the property to anyone. Thank you Kathryn for a wonderful Spring Break and entrusting us with your home.
