We loved the house; we've already booked a return trip next month. The house is in a new neighborhood that is quiet even though the houses are very close together. We spent a lot of time sitting in the backyard and a big plus is that it is totally fenced in/safe and secure for our puppy. The house is very clean, light switches are clearly marked and the furniture is comfortable, especially the chaise lounge.

Beautiful clean and new home in a wooded neighborhood. It's close to the road, but there wasn't disruptive road noise. The stars were beautiful each night (the neighborhood is just 10 min from Lowell Observatory). Very spacious and the fenced backyard was private. We grilled several meals, and enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen w/huge counters. We opened the windows each morning for the cool mountain breezes (in June). Plenty of hot water for all 6 of us and great water pressure! Also walked the trails near the neighborhood, wooded and quiet. We had to leave a day early due to illness, and would have loved a credit or refund, but didn't get it. Still had an amazing time.

This was a great place to stay that met all of our needs. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. The house was very nice and host very responsive.
