Great location with easy access to walking trails, biking trails and wooded hiking. Secluded away from downtown yet an easy drive to get into the heart of Flagstaff

Other than The Keurig not working, needed descaling and the regulator coffee pot took its sweet time to brew. The house was exactly as described and checked off all the other boxes.
