The house was large enough to accommodate my family and the pool table and jacuzzi was a plus
The carpet and barstools were pretty dirty with stains The dishwasher door was hard to open and the door looks like it needs attention the patio furniture was dusty and the patio floor could have been swept lots of cobwebs the master bedroom slider covering was broken Basically the house could use a bit of TLC but other than that it was perfect for our family thank you

Great property in a fantastic location in Flagstaff!! Quiet setting amongst many tall pine trees overlooking the golf course. Spent several afternoons and evenings on the upper deck, catching up with our family members while enjoying the cooler (than the valley) afternoon and night air. Terrific property....just as pictured and described.... for our growing extended family of 9 adults, and 4 children under 7 years old. Home had the perfect mix of sleeping accommodations for our group. Consensus of the family is to reserve this property when we return to Flagstaff for our annual reunion next summer!

This house is fantastic for a group and definately families!! proximity to Safeway was perfect. The deck was great to enjoy your morning Coffee and dinner at night. Absolutely loved this horne.

We have a little family reunion to help celebrate my nieces graduation at NUA, so it was especially meaningful and fit everyone's needs. The outdoor space was peaceful and spacious while the inside sectionals were large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed.
