This was a great spot to stay. House was good with plenty of room for us. Good amount of kitchen items but not tons of plates/bowls. For a longer stay id prefer more of those. Plus a recommendation to have kid safe dishware. 3 minute walk to the beach was great. They had a big cart to haul our gear down. And outdoor shower was even heated. Some of the house isn’t updated but that’s fine by us. Plenty of soap and shampoo. Had some communication with the agency and they were respectful and helpful. We’d stay here again!

The townhouse was very clean and comfortable and close to the beach. We picked this location because cars can’t drive on that portion of the beach and we were traveling with our 1 year old. We did bring a baby gate to contain him on the top floor, but other than that it was a good space for a little one.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We had a minor issue with the access code upon arrival but the property manager was easy to reach and was super helpful, so it was quickly taken care of. We had everything we needed here, plenty of space, and great views from all the decks! Also, the beach was just a quick 2 minute walk. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 3 nights to enjoy Jamica Beach. The place has everything you would need for a beach trip and is really close to the beach. Not even a 3 minute walk. Would definitely rent again.

Great location! Home was very nice and clean! Check in and check out times are a little inconvenient but other than that it was an amazing experience!
