THE GOOD-Very nice house. Nice neighborhood in Troon North. Exceptionally clean throughout. Outdoor pool was awesome! Very nice outdoor furniture to hang out either in the shade or in the sun. Good beds and linens. Nice furniture. Air conditioning kept up well even in 110° heat. Quality kitchen appliances, plenty of utensils etc.
ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT- We stayed for 10 days and could have used a bit more of everything for every day living. Kitchen had no stock of things like tinfoil, Ziploc bags, saran wrap, any olive oil or oils, spices, sugar, minimal Keurig pucks, basically all the things that you would not want to have to run to the grocery store to have to supply for yourself when you only need enough for a couple dinners at home. No garage remotes or access through keypad. Almost no water pressure in master bathroom shower. Carpet in master area is a bit worn and could use some updating.
Porter was excellent to communicate with and attentive. Overall, very nice place!

The pinnacle property was a lovely place to stay. There were plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy peace and quiet and also to gather and talk or just be together. The kitchen had everything you could want.
I’m super picky about things being clean, and the whole place was very very clean. There is a lot to enjoy in the area too. We took advantage of the Musical Instrument Museum. For those that love music, this was a real gem. Great to get out of the heat. Hiking just around the corner too.

Great house! Spacious, beautiful inside & out, peaceful, comfortable. The host was quick to respond and was very helpful. Great touches around the house - we had everything we needed! Would highly recommend.

This is a lovely home with an excellent property management company. It was perfect for our family. We cooked meals together and enjoyed conversation both indoors and outdoors. The beds and linens were comfortable and nice. I would definitely stay here again, or other properties managed by the same company.
