A very comfortable, well-maintained, easy to navigate property with great access to both town and nature.
The property itself had impeccable, panoramic red rock views from all common rooms. It’s why you come.
The kitchen was great.
Hot tub with too many stars to count in the night sky made a magical ending to a beauty-filled day with the red rocks.

Eleven of us came to enjoy the week of Thanksgiving together. The home is actually more spacious than the pictures show! The front room was perfect to gather and spend time all together. We spent hours enjoying the fireplace, the incredible front views and doing puzzles on the front table together! The game room downstairs was also thoroughly enjoyed! The kitchen was fully equipped with quality items, felt like being at home and not at a rental! From the incredible views to the beautiful and spacious home with comfortable beds, we could not have asked for more! We were sad to leave the Happy Javelina!

Great stay but just a few suggestions: there was no Kleenex in the house; some instructions on how to access regular TV; one of the blinds in the master bedroom didn’t work properly.

Gorgeous home with an incredible view! The place itself exceeded my expectations. Lots of space, which comfortably slept all 8 of us. The view from the back porch was something off of a postcard. The game room was a huge plus too as we spent the evenings at the Airbnb grilling and enjoying the hot tub. Downtown Sedona was only a couple miles away and very easy to get to. It was also very close to multiple rivers to swim at, including Slide Rock Park and Midgley bridge. I’d definitely recommend this stay to anyone!
