The house is in a super cute and safe neighborhood with beautiful mountains surrounding. The location is close to Bilmore area and Old Town Scottsdale. The beds were all super comfortable and the backyard was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful house, as advertised. The location is fantastic, a local trail head is close.
The pool area, outdoor grill, and fire pit are awesome. They brought us umbrellas for the sitting areas after we asked (necessary in the Arizona sun!). A new in-pool umbrella, we loved (could sit in the pool/shade with the babies). A large outdoor area under a canopy would be awesome, if it had a table & chairs, to eat or work outside.
Inside, the Kitchen was great, very functional, clean, and modern. Enjoyed cooking our meals and extra fridge in 4th bedroom was great. (That bedroom, be aware, has to be walked through to get into the Master bedroom, and oddly, has no dressers or closets, but has multiple beds for kids).
Living room is fine, but the couches, are not comfortable. One of the beds need a new mattress, it has a memory foam topper which did not make it less saggy. Overall, a great house for our needs, and with a few little touches would be extraordinary!

Beautiful location nestled up to the mountains with a great backyard and grill space for entertaining. Porter was a great host and provided excellent details regarding check in and check out.
