We had an excellent time! The home is clean, convenient and adorable!

The condo was even nicer and better appointed than the listing described it to be. We enjoyed everything about it. Linens, blankets and rugs were soft, towels were fluffy, and everything was like new.
We especially appreciated the privacy afforded by the big pine trees surrounding our unit, and the views of surrounding mountains.
One special feature was that the kitchen was stocked, not only with a big block of all sorts of sharp knives, but also a good selection of spices. This is a great gift to travelers who enjoy cooking, but don't want to carry these along.
It was also helpful that there was laundry soap provided.
Little extras like board games and a basket full of snacks were a nice touch.
Parking was convenient, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of having an end unit.

Kathy's condo was the perfect size for my fiancé and I and our two friends to stay for a trip to Arizona.
The Condo:
- The kitchen was perfectly stocked. We had plenty of dishes and cookware, enough for us to cook our Thanksgiving dinner.
-Both the bedroom bed AND the sofa bed were very comfortable. Our friends slept on the sofa bed and said that it was probably the most comfortable one they have ever slept on.
- the decor is adorable, bright and cheery.
-the big screen tv and wifi made it very easy for us to snuggle in and watch movies as the snow fell in Flagstaff.
The location:
- location was perfect for our needs: We were about an hour and a half from the Grand Canyon, and 45 minutes from Sedona.
- We brought our australian shepherd, and the complex has plenty of grassy area for her to roam, as well as poop bags. If you have pets, you know what a plus this is!
- Finding the condo and parking was very easy.
Kathy was very quick to respond and instructions were very clear. Overall great experience!

The condo fit our needs to the T.
We arrived after dark and Kathy was very helpful in guiding us in! Everything was clean and neat. We were minutes drive from downtown and even closer Walnut Canyon National Monument, amazing! Great place!
