We loved the house and location in flagstaff. We didn’t want to be downtown so this one was perfect. Continental golf course, timberline pitch n putt, and driving range within 1/2 mile. Downtown Flag is about 3 miles out. The neighborhood is very quiet and great walking trails and around the area are very close. Would stay here again on our next visit out there.

We came up to celebrate my daughter graduating at NAU, but we wanted to stay further away from the college campus area due to the amount of traffic and noise. This property was perfect! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the house had everything it needed for our family. It was plenty stocked with all the cooking utensils, spices, even coffee/creamer and snacks were provided. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The house was conveniently located to Flagstaff mall area, Oreganos, Safeway - a variety of places if you are looking to stay away from the college campus. Thanks for welcoming us to your home.

Great house for family with kids. Full of nice extras such as board games and book, sleds, firewoods, and fully stocked kitchen for family meals. Quiet location/neighborhood. It is a little away from the main part of the town to grocery stores and highway entrance but there in less than 10 min drive. Good and proactive communication. Highly recommend to use as a comfortable base to explore Sedona, Grand Canyon and nearby national parks.

This was a great location for us to stay during our Sedona/Grand Canyon vacation. The house itself was perfect, it came stocked with everything we needed. Most of the items were brand new. It was in a peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to a lake and trails. We even took advantage of the snow sleds at a local park. There were great food options close by to the house.
The hosts were extremely responsive and offered great suggestions for activities to do around the area.
I would highly recommend this house for anyone traveling in and around the Flagstaff area.

Would recommend staying here as it’s set in a neighborhood that was quiet and great for a family.

Kathryn's location was perfect for our trip to the surrounding areas (Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, etc) She was very responsive. Very clean home and has a good layout for 7 people.
