I can't say enough, good things about the beauty and amenities of the backyard! Even though it is in a neighborhood, it has a private, woodsy, feel and is landscaped so beautifully with multiple levels and seating areas, heaters, activities, etc. The outdoor space is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The kitchen has a great layout with a huge butcher block island great for gathering around and food prep. More than enough table/seating for all 12 in our party. Plenty of cookware. Balconies and windows abound from every level.
We did have a bit of a struggle ensuring all 12 adults (age 19-80) had a comfortable place to sleep. The futon in the bunk bed room was more like a saggy hammock and not comfortable for an adult. Also, the twin bed hideaway loft is more appropriate for small children - not a grown adult. The "queen futon" in the loft is in a public space and would be fine for children.
But we made it work and certainly would stay here again knowing the limitations of comfortable bedding for adults.

Wonderful spot for a family! Lots of space and beautiful backyard. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that is comfortable for 10+ people.

Very spacious, comfortable home for large group. Overall, most beds were comfortable and had good amenities. Very peaceful backyard and quiet neighborhood. One negative would be some of the pictures and sayings around the house. A lot of them are a bit crude or offensive in language. We were a group of all adults but if we had our kids with us, we would have felt uncomfortable about it. It was everywhere in the house.

This home exceeded our expectations. It was so clean and so well-stocked - TP, paper towels, bathroom towels, kitchen supplies, placemats, plus party hats! - the list could go on. There was nothing we needed. There was plenty of everything to accommodate our combined families of 11, ages 10 to 77. The arcade room was amazing, plenty of beds, TV's and room to spread out. The hot tub worked well as did the outdoor heat lamps. We all agreed it was an excellent home away from home and a good base for the Grand Canyon and Sedona visits. We highly recommend this home.
