Great place and very comfortable. A slight adjustment to checking email for communications rather than notifications through the Airbnb app. Would recommend.

As mentioned, pet friendly does not mean pet secure. My dogs (12 lbs) slipped under the fence, and the second time, someone removed the recycling can and left the gate wide open with no notice to me. The dogs ran out and frightened two little girls walking by. This could have been catastrophic. If you have a large dog it won't get out under the fence but if the gate is left open it will get out. Several people entered the yard unbeknownst to me (spa attendant, landscaper, trash remover) - it was unsettling. I spoke to the host at length and they advised all of my concerns will be addressed. The property is clean, beds are comfortable, plenty of room. I liked it other than the comments I mentioned.
