The property was very nice. The tv setup was horrible. I tried to catch March madness whenever we were at the room and couldn't find a way to get network tv. Every tv also seemed to have a different setup. It's not what we were there for, but it definitely tainted the experience. Also, while the beaches and pools on the property were great, it was a 30 minute drive to get to almost anything else. It wasn't terrible, but it made for a lot of time on the car.

Just got back from 5 nights at Beach Bayby and had a marvelous time! Our kids had a blast enjoying the lazy river, pools and hot tub! We all enjoyed beautiful walks on the beach and soaking up the Texas sun! The condo was perfect for making meals at home and enjoying a drink on the porch to watch the beautiful sunsets. We loved our time in Galveston and are already dreaming of returning next year!

This was a great get away for me & my kids! The house was very cozy & perfect for us! We went at a good time & practically had the whole place to ourselves. Beds were so comfortable! Want to make this a yearly tradition!

The Condo The condo was spot on; beautiful location in Galveston located right along the bay. The place was exactly as advertised, the back porch area definitely is the place to be around sunset. This was the great part of the stay. The Property Point West manages the day-to-day activities on the property. The $25 per person fee to use the amenities is absolutely not worth purchasing in the off-season. We bought two of the arm bands for the 5-night, 4 days stay. We checked in on Monday and checked out Friday morning. The gate code given to us was not valid; it was changed on Tuesday, and we were not notified (you have to provide your contact information at the time of purchase). So, we could not access either pool area. Finally seen a security guard after hours and were let into the main swimming area to find the game room was closed for renovations, and the restaurant and bar were only open on the weekends. The property is too large to walk between swimming areas, so you must drive a vehicle to get between them. The drive to the entertainment district of Galveston is 30 minutes one-way (during off season with no traffic). So, plan on excessive drive times during peak season. One final note, our elevator in our building contained a horrid pungent smell the entire time we were there. I am unable to use stairs and the property is not handicap friendly or useable by those with disabilities.
