This was our third stay at this Airbnb and we really love it! The views, location and spacious home are perfect for a great vacation! We bring our boat each time and the dock is perfect. They recently upgraded the furniture and it looks great. Larry the owner is so nice and super responsive. We love that we can bring our pets and can be so comfortable! We will continue to come back!

Where do I begin? This house has EVERYTHING you need. From kettle to boil water, great coffee maker and everything you need for cooking, to the pot to cook crawfish, towels, the rope at the dock to jump into the water, and a downstairs patio that we cleared and used as a pickleball court. Our party had an infant and a dog, and the house was comfortable and convenient for all! Awesome place, definitely coming back!

Had a great mini trip with my friends and family! Absolutely beautiful home and surroundings. Very luxurious feel and quality of everything. Easy access to lake. Close to town. Bonus that they allowed our pets who are so important to us. Felt check in was a bit late and check out a bit early compared to most properties.

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house itself is high quality, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. The amenities were excellent, with the highlight being access to the private dock, which made our stay even more special.The neighbors were welcoming and incredibly friendly—they didn’t seem to mind our young kids constantly biking around, which made us feel even more at ease. Communication with the owner was smooth and effortless; they were responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.Overall, this was a perfect getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location on Lake Livingston. Very clean and attentive to details. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would possibly need for dine in. Plenty of games for the kids. Highly recommend this location.

I strongly recommend this place... beautiful beautiful beautiful and a great host to help you just a call away if there is any help reqired. I wish there were portable fans in the other bedrooms as well. When we checked in to the property, we were surprised as inside of the property some parts were not the same shown in the pictures. To avoid any space battle.. we had to arrange for our own Air mattress and stuff as it was diffret to what we saw while making a booking for 3 nights fpr a big group. However the kind owner arrived next morning to take care of some issues and he quickly updated the pictures of the property on the portal, to avoid any future confusion. He is the Beat host ever and we all have a great respect for Larry the owner of the property. The Taps in the sinks run a bit too slow and it doent say which one is cold and which one is Hot water. Each time I ran both the taps in the sink, both kept running cold water for a long time ao i gave up
