We were a party of 6 (3 couples) that stayed at the White Pelican Inn over a long weekend in February. The home was perfect for our needs and was absolutely pristine. We were excited to find that the property was a 1900 Storm Survivor; we felt like we were immersed in the history of the island. The huge open kitchen was perfect for our chef prepared dinner and the heated pool was a welcome treat after a day of sightseeing. We walked to shops, restaurants , and the wharf and utilized the trolley to the seawall and Moody Gardens. Thank you White Pelican Inn and Porter VRM for a truly effortless getaway :)

One of the best Rentals we’ve stayed out. The house is beautiful!! Fantastic layout, beautiful decor, well equipped. The backyard is so nice for hanging out. The location was a very easy walk to the strand and very quiet. Highly recommend!!

White Pelican Inn was perfect for our girls trip! House is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is large and well equipped.
Location is perfect. Close to many restaurants, shops, etc.
We really enjoyed the front and back porches. Perfect for hanging out and enjoying the beautiful weather!
Our only hiccup was the homeowners granting interior access to the house to a maintenance worker unbeknownst to us or the management company,
giving us all quite a scare.
Management company quickly came out and got to the bottom of the situation. They were really great and super responsive!
Would definitely stay at White Pelican Inn again!

The home was as described and was well appointed. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and was walking distance to the strand and historic areas. Great location! The ability to park behind the home was a plus. The home was cleaner than many other locations that we have rented in the past. I would definitely recommend this location for small families or groups.

This was such a lovely home! We really enjoyed having a private pool for the week. The beds were super comfy! The house had everything we could possibly need. It's a neat neighborhood and surprisingly quiet. Very close to beach!
