A great place right on the water! Perfect for large families, super spacious and areas are open yet able to separate if desired. Lots of games, close to public beach, safe community that was very quiet. We fished right off the dock.
The hot tub was said to be just serviced but water was cloudy and when turned on over flowed with bubbles. We still enjoyed it but wished it was cleaner. The marina was close by and had what we needed to fish and the restaurant was delightful. Not many grocery stores or restaurants within 15 min so plan ahead. The host was very responsive and overall we loved our time spent here.

Everything was as expected - I would rent from them again. Their ability to house many people was amazing - I counted at least 15 possible sleeping spots. Only one issue while we were there. The house does not heat well during cold weather - especially the lower level. But take that as not a big deal - it was low 40s with strong winds of 20-35 out of the North for 3 days. With even mild weather, there should not be a problem. There is a great restaurant on the dock very close by - other memorable restaurants are a bit of a drive into Jamaica Beach - but worth the drive - Doc Holiday's was my favorite.
