Stayed in the pristine pool most of the time. The house was clean and spacious. Definitely will go back.

A+++ nice place to stay close to the beach,,, loved the cleanliness of the house & pool, neighborhood very peaceful!! Check in & check out went very easy, easy communication with renters. Will come back again!!

This was our 2nd stay at poolside paradise. The home has everything you need… well equipped kitchen, awesome backyard pool, and comfortable beds. It was extremely clean when we arrived. Property owner communication was great and allowed us to check in early and even texted when the house was ready. The cable tv in the media room did not work and there was no propane for grilling, but I am sure these items will be corrected for the next guest. Regarding tv, property manager offered to look into matter while we were there but we were content with in master bedroom. WiFi does not work in master bedroom but hey you have an awesome pool to swim in! We will consider staying here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I never grew tired of being at this place. The pool is fabulous and even better than the photos as the owner had updated the outdoor furniture. They moved the large round seat, replaced the cushions and installed an umbrella to shade it. Also, there are lights strung along the entire fence and a new grill. Unfortunately, previous guests didn't clean the grill after using it. It was so dirty that I didn't even use it. The house is very spacious, very well kept and nicely furnished. We cooked alot of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The "theater room " was great. I could take my 2 year old grandson in there to play when he woke up early in the morning and with the doors closed, the others could not hear him. We really enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the seawall, especially since we could walk to the water on the bay side. We saw something different everyday- crabs, birds, dolphins, beautiful sunsets... We also discovered Yanni's Gyros and Kabobs. They have delicious food and are literally only 2 minutes from the house. The seafood restaurants were so busy, we tried a different place- Shrimp and Stuff(downtown-their other location doesn't grill). There was no wait and the food was good. Everyones favorite activity was going on a boat ride. We had a great time at the Rainforest Cafe on the day we had rain. We had a great vacation and appreciate the wonderful host who made sure that everything was just right.
