What a gem! This home was amazing and located in a beautiful neighborhood! We were a large group and the home had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy all it has to offer. We spent one day at lake pleasant and the next at the house enjoying the pool, the BBQ and the air conditioning! We would definitely rent this home again. Great price for all it has to offer.

We very much enjoyed our stay; we found the property to open, welcoming, and very clean. we enjoyed all the amenities, which we found to be very enjoyable. We read the reviews and saw there might not be ping pong balls, so we left ours for the next guests to enjoy. The AC worked very well to make the house cool, however it was a bit loud. The pool was clean and inviting and the fire pit was the bomb, we all enjoyed spending time out there. The kitchen was well stocked for utensils, dish, cook, and glass ware. The TV's all worked as advertised, and we found the beds to comfortable with nice linens. The entire property was well kept, and the Lemon tree was a nice surprise as my mother-in-law loves her hot tea, w'lemon. The area is nice with easy access to freeways and other local amenities and felt safe. The Ladies enjoyed walking the neighborhood and hit one of the local trails. We certainly enjoyed our stay. We had family come in from Texas, California and Colorado that we haven’t gotten to see in over a year so we were really excited to have an opportunity to all stay under one roof for a few days. When selecting this house, I was beyond excited to find a beautiful space large enough to accommodate everyone without it feeling too crowded. The pictures perfectly depicted the home but the surroundings were much more beautiful than I could have anticipated. Porter was incredibly proactive and responsive and great to work with. Thankfully we had no issues that we needed to call on them for but it was reassuring knowing they were only a phone call away. We brought our own spices and certain kitchen items we knew we needed to have for a special family dinner we were planning so I recommend you read and understand what is available at the house like we did if that’s going to be important to your stay. We would definitely rent this house again!

My family and I enjoyed our time in the Biltmore Highlands. We had an issue with the television, we replaced the television with the same model and they accepted the fact that we went out of our way to replace the television like-for-like. Porter's were amazing, gracious and extremely responsive.

This was a great place! We really enjoyed the outdoor living space. Awesome hiking trails right down the street
