Kathryn's place is very warm and comfortable. From the moment we opened the door you could smell how clean it was apon our arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. Very tasteful decor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable place. Very quiet and private. Bed is very comfortable. Amenities are as listed. Really enjoyed my stay. It says there is only a coffee pot that takes regular coffee grounds but there is in fact a small Keurig (good to know for coffee drinkers). I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. It was really dark when we got there, but the signage was clear to find it. We didn’t really understand how to access the key to get in, but we called our contact Matthew and he gave us clear instructions. Matthew had also contacted us before we got there about a minor issue with the bathroom sink. He said he could have a handyman fix it the next day, but we told him it wasn’t necessary. It’s a very quiet peaceful area. The unit was clean and cute, exactly as pictured. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We visited Arizona as part of our anniversary and had a great time sight seeing. Kathryns place was nice and cozy and a good distance from the Grand Canyon. We loved coming back to the condo after a long day of adventuring because her place was nice and warm and offered everything you would need to feel at home. The outdoor patio was our favorite :)

Thank you so much. From the snacks left for us to an extremely clean and well decorated space, we enjoyed every minute. We will be back for sure.
The place was just outside of town, easy drive. Amenities like the jacuzzi and ample parking was so nice since we were there when it was snowing. Great location and great home away from home.
