This is a great place and I would stay again! Like a lot of reviews said, it was a super clean and welcoming place.
The neighbors were very friendly and it was a safe neighborhood. It is very close to the highway and an easy drive to any place in and around Flagstaff.

Very clean, nice outdoor deck, worked out well for our needs, thank you!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Kathryn's as we were looking for something away from the noise and traffic of downtown. Easy walking distance to some nice trails and insignificant neighborhood noise. Everything we needed was in place and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. Fridge and ice maker work really well, lots of hot water and great shower. It is a few miles from downtown, but located just a mile off the main exit to the highway north to Page. Took advantage to drive and see Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. All in all, very comfortable, clean, and private for two people. Will stay again during our next escape from the Tucson heat.

Our stay was wonderful & just what we needed. Our first time to Flagstaff will forever be memorable, we spent a day at the Grand Canyon and came home to a quaint and comfortable condo provided by Kathryn. It felt like we were in our own home.

This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway from the valley or a big city - very cozy and comfy!
