This is a beautiful brand new property to have a wonderful family getaway! The backyard provides a great playground with a spa,hammock, outdoor sofa with fireplace,BBQ grill and an nice dining area . We enjoyed sitting around the firepit in the evening making smores. The kitchen was easy to cook in and well equipped. The beds were really comfortable. The house was located close to shopping, the downtown area and NAU. We would love to return for another great getaway!

Kathryns place was very nice! I enjoyed the location a lot, and the amount of space in the house. The plus to everything were all the TVs in the rooms :) the portable a/c was a concern at first but once it’s running and with the cool weather it worked out perfect. I love this house and space and would rent again in the future.

Great home in a new Flagstaff neighborhood. Still ongoing construction as they build more new homes but it seems like the last few are finishing up. We used the walking trails in and behind the neighborhood both mornings. Excellent location as it is an easy drive to anywhere in Flagstaff. The home is great with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space inside and outside, and comfortable furniture. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely perfect place to hang out. Comfortable and stylish furniture, feels homey yet upscale. The yard is amazing, with the hot tub, hammock and grill (we didn’t try out the firepit but looks great). We also appreciated the foam roller and yoga mat! Hot water takes a little time to come, but that is truly the only tiny flaw we found. Such a relaxing and comfortable place. Check-in and check-out is very easy with clear instructions and no key.

My husband and I, along with another couple, just returned from a 3-night stay at Windtree. We loved the layout, the finishes and the fact that it was just built in 2020. This home offers 3 bedrooms plus a den, 2 baths, a well-appointed kitchen, casual dining area and comfortable great room with handsome gas fireplace. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Big laundry room, TVs in all bedrooms and great room, 2-car garage, and nicely decked-out back yard complete with spa and fire ring make this home just about perfect. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars in every category was because of the train noise. The active tracks are nearby and you can hear them throughout the day and night. A slight nuisance, but not enough to keep us from going back again as the home is awesome. Matthew, our property/reservation manager, was a great communicator and very helpful. We'll definitely be booking again.

This was the perfect house for our family of 5. We even had beds to spare. The home is gorgeous and in pristine condition. We enjoyed the hot tub under the trees beneath the stars. We also had a great time exploring the trails behind the neighborhood. The kids loved watching the trains go by (especially our 2 year old who is obsessed with trains). The kitchen is great, although we mainly ordered food delivery. We will be booking another stay here soon!
