House was clean, well kept, and comfortable. There were great amenities like key-less self check-in, extra towels, snacks, hot tub, TVs in almost every room, and so much more. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Flagstaff. My friends and I stayed for a quick trip here to visit the Grand Canyon. The only thing I would say is I hope they would include some full length mirrors. Us girls would like to take pictures of our outfit & shoes lol

Nice and clean and very comfortable!

Super clean and well appointed. Loved the backyard. Clean hot tub which is regularly serviced. Fire pit and BBQ were a bit tricky to light but really enjoyed. Very good location. Surprisingly good food scene. Try Criolo, Brix and Proper.

This is a beautiful brand new property to have a wonderful family getaway! The backyard provides a great playground with a spa,hammock, outdoor sofa with fireplace,BBQ grill and an nice dining area . We enjoyed sitting around the firepit in the evening making smores. The kitchen was easy to cook in and well equipped. The beds were really comfortable. The house was located close to shopping, the downtown area and NAU. We would love to return for another great getaway!

Kathryns place was very nice! I enjoyed the location a lot, and the amount of space in the house. The plus to everything were all the TVs in the rooms :) the portable a/c was a concern at first but once it’s running and with the cool weather it worked out perfect. I love this house and space and would rent again in the future.
