Beautiful setting, close to all Flagstaff has to offer

Our group of 7 adults had a fantastic time at the house! We loved the fire pit (gas, so compatible when fire restrictions limit use of wood-burning fire pits), bean bag boards out in the driveway, all the cooking utensils you could ever need, big cozy living room, and very comfortable beds. I would suggest no more than 8 adults, though bedding accommodates 12 people. With 2 trundle beds and a top bunk, bedding might be better suited for a few kids and up to 3 couples.
Downtown Flagstaff is a quick 7-10 minute drive, and the house feels just far enough removed, but not too far from town to make multiple trips per day. We'll definitely keep the house in mind for the future, thanks again for a fantastic birthday weekend!

This is a fantastic house!! We had a really great stay. The outdoor space was perfect and everything was extremely clean and comfortable.

Our family and friends had an amazing time. This home is an excellent choice.

We had a great trip! We were there over Christmas and were sad we wouldn’t have a Christmas tree and it was so nice to see one in the corner when we walked in! The house had everything we could have ever needed and more! There were lots of games for the kids to play, plenty of seating for everyone, and the location couldn’t be better. We would recommend this house to anyone!
