The perfect getaway spot to enjoy some snow and colder temps this time of year. The home was great, lots of upper-end finishes and thoughtful touches. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds, and we had fun roasting marshmallows in the backyard fire pit.

The hot tub was great and fit our party of 6. We wished we could of enjoyed it more. The beds were comfortable and pillows were perfect. The house is about 2 hours from horseshoe and an hour from Sedona. I would stay again

We had a lovely weekend at Kathryn’s home during this mid December! It was modern, stylish , welcoming , exceptionally clean , and over all perfect ! It is one of the nicest homes I have rented, and will most definitely be back . The bedrooms were of ample size , the beds very comfortable , and cozy, along with bedding . We were fortunate to be there during a some snow fall and took advantage of both the fire pit , and hot tub. The indoor fireplace added to the ambiance of the weekend , making for lovely cozy nights by the fire ! I would highly recommend this home to friends and family.
