The location is great. We love the in-the-woods feel. It snowed hard for 2 days so we got to experience the powdery snow. We had some requests and Matthew quickly responded to us. We will definitely stay again. Thank you.

We had a really great experience. Kathryn responded to all messages and kept us informed with timely and informative e-mails. The property was very clean, well kept, stylish and welcoming. Everything was as described and as shown on pictures. The location is simply nature lovers dream! We would love to go back and stay at the Ponderosa house again!

The Ponderosa was exactly what we hoped! We spent our time between Williams and Flagstaff making the cabin a wonderful middle ground. All of our questions were answered promptly. Check-in and out was a breeze. We especially enjoyed making s'mores around the fire pit with our daughter and grandson.

This is a great spot for exploring Sedona. It's a fun cabin, comfortable 3 bedrooms with lots of character. The deck, grills and firepit are a great addition, and you are far away enough from other cabins to feel like you have the place for yourself. The only downside was the train, it runs not far from the property and may be an issue for you, but otherwise highly recommended
