A great place to get away from all the crowded downtown streets with lovely views of red rocks out the window!

Kathryn’s place was amazing, close to town, and exactly as described plus snacks and great advice for where to go in Sedona. The views are breath taking, so much so that we stayed in one night just to enjoy this great place. We will definitely be back.

Kathryn takes care of all the details! Home was stocked with towels, shampoos, lotions, little snacks and brochures of the area. Great quiet neighborhood that is 2 minutes from town, so driving to wherever you want is a breeze. Amazing view from the living room, and last but not leas: Master Bedroom is HUGE. We had a great time!

This house is an amazing find. You will want to move to Sedona after you stay here. It is perched on a hilltop with spectacular red rock views out of every front window. Incredibly spacious - extra large master, well equipped large kitchen, open living areas with high ceilings, beautiful light pouring in throughout the day, and outdoor patios and decks on three sides. Close to hiking, restaurants, coffee shops, and only 15 minutes to Sedona’s downtown, but situated in a quiet and low traffic neighborhood. This is a very comfortable and relaxing home for an enjoyable Sedona respite. We can’t wait to come back.
