This is a new house in a new neighborhood. there is a park with swings and a basketball hoop around the corner. The park backs up to the greenbelt and the train tracks are nearby. We had four teenaged boys with us and they loved how close the train was to the house. The house had everything we needed, kitchen supplies, towels, etc. There were six of us and we all slept comfortably. The best feature was the hot tub and fire pit in the backyard. We were worried that the train noise would be loud at night, but it wasn't an issue. We enjoyed having it so close. The house is located ~2 miles from NAU, with shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot to explore Flagstaff, Sedona, Grand Canyon, and more. Loved the hot tub after long day of hiking.

Great house! As advertised. We had more snow than anticipated and were pleasantly surprised when a gentleman showed up to clear the driveway and sidewalk! Very nice (and much appreciated!) touch.

We had a great stay here. A family group, we had 4 adults and 3 kiddos. The Fun Room was a huge bonus "4th bedroom" for the oldest child! The neighborhood is mostly constructed, so it was very quiet. Enjoyed skiing at Snowbowl, we found a place in the woods to sled a bit (sadly, very little snow this trip!) that was just enough for the kids, and we all loved the hot tub out back. Worked great for our 3 households to be all together!

This place is amazing and super spacious. My friends and I took a quick trip to go skiing at Snowbowl. The house is only minutes away from downtown. The hot tub was amazing at night after having sore muscles from skiing! Absoutely recommend and can’t wait to come back next year!
