We spent almost 2 weeks at this property to get away from the heat. The view is lovely, looking right out onto the 18th hole. There is a nice covered deck where you can grill and eat your dinners. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. We used the community pool every day (had to pay a fee to the country club, but worth it) and took walks on the golf course early in the morning before the golfers arrived. Also very quiet -- it is technically attached to another townhouse but we couldn't hear anything. The location in East Flagstaff is near some restaurants and grocery stores so everything was accessible.
A couple suggestions for the owners/managers:
- kitchen light was so dim that it was hard to see what we were cooking in the evenings. Could be replaced maybe
- The upstairs A/C units were difficult. It does get very warm upstairs in the evenings and usually you can open windows in Flagstaff and it cools off, but in the Master bedroom it didn't seem to do the trick. We tried to use the units in both the upstairs bedrooms but they kept shutting off automatically and we would wake up pretty hot. I did email the manager asking if we were doing something wrong, but did not hear back.
- I was generally able to contact the manager prior to our stay but sometimes it took a couple emails; likewise when I emailed about the A/C units I never heard back. However, we had very few overall problems with the townhouse so there wasn't much need.
Overall a really nice stay and we have great memories of our trip. It was super clean too. I would stay here again.
