Kathryn’s space was beautiful and clean. Everything was as advertised and the location puts you central to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and even a walking trail right behind the neighborhood if you want to stay close to home. Would definitely stay again. :)

One of the best Air BnBs we've stayed at. The house is extremely clean which was great! We really appreciated the little snacks left for us, they were a great touch. Rooms had large tvs with full cable. Outside is amazing too, the fire pit was our favorite. The home is well stocked with pantry things and kitchen items, everything worked great. We did have an issue with the padlock running out of battery, but they had someone come open the door for us within 30 minutes. Thank you for making our stay so easy and pleasant, we can't wait to come back.

We were able to check in an hour early, had great communications with check ins. Beautiful neighborhood, spacious living space. Would book again. The amenities were great, hot tub helped after hiking, grilled one night, and fire pit was cozy.
