We stayed here on our trip to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon - Place was clean, well kept and had everything we needed. Late afternoon, we had an awesome mountain breeze that cooled us off after a day of hiking.

We enjoyed our stay, the house was comfortable and clean with unique touches.
The management company was quick with responses and directions were clear for check-in, the stay and departure.
Would recommend to friends and will use in future trips.

This place is amazing! Had such a great time, very clean, and includes lots of games and activities to enjoy! Definitely recommend!

We were super impressed with this house and location. The house doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside, it’s like a giant dollhouse. Lower level living has one of the best fire places I’ve ever seen. Then from there, why have a normal staircase when you can go up a spiral staircase! We thought that was a really cool design. Second level is bedrooms with one having a patio looking out the back. The third level is the master bed and bath which also has a cool little nook with a kitchenet. The ceiling throughout the place is really cool with lots of weird but cool angles. The master bedroom has three motorized skylights that open! So awesome! The location is just so perfect. It has a few neighbors but they are spread out and it’s more of a quit country setting. The view out back was beautiful! Especially from the master bedroom being able to look out over the trees and at the mountain in the distance. We loved the place and will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away and have a nice relaxing/fun weekend.

We stayed in the house the first weekend on January 2019. The house was amazing and I didn't want to leave but I had to return to reality. The house is very kids friendly and has a lot of table games, playstation 2 with games and even a giant Jenga. I was worried about the kitchen but it had everything we could think of. We were a family of 12 and the house was very comfortable for us. We were lucky that we had a winter storm and we woke up with a wi ter wonderland and it was gorgeous! But please make sure you bring enough food and water. The closest supermarket is 25-30 mins, either in Flagstaff or Williams. Do not hesitate to stay here.
