Check in was super easy & communications were quick thru the app. The neighborhood was gorgeous and the house itself was awesome. The number of bathrooms to bedrooms meant that all of our family had their own bathroom! The hot tub was a nice treat. This home was gorgeous and made our trip to the Grand Canyon & Sedona very enjoyable. I would definitely stay again, for sure. As a fun bonus, our family is hosting an exchange student from Thailand, so many of the books & artwork were pretty special for her. Thank you again for allowing us to stay!!

The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and location was good. Very cozy, great amenities and personal touches. Host was great and responded quickly. We had a great trip and will be back again!

Great stay! We were a family of 5. Very comfortable stay, all 4 bedrooms and baths were utilized. We all loved the fireplace in the a.m. or p.m. for gatherings. Hot tub was a welcomed respite after long travel days to see the nearby sites. Enjoyed the big screen TV to watch our holiday movies! Quick to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater. Easy access to I-17 to go south to PHX airport.
We had a minor issue that was resolved within hours. Matt provided excellent, quick responses and was extremely professional. We would stay again!
