Very clean place with a great hot tub. Everything in working order. Splendid place to stay when seeing the sites in the area.

The place was great! Clean and spacious. Me and my friends had a great time! 😊
The only problem was the AC. I am sure the place does not need any AC since its always cool, but since it is peak summer, during the day we felt the need of it. It gets hot when you start cooking. But thanks to the four large patios, where we could relax under the shade of trees and watch birds. Nights were good though. And it would have been nice if the BBQ grill was on patio instead of outside.
Other than that everything was great and more than what we expected. There were few surprises like foosball and dart, hammocks on patio, multiple chargers for phones, speakers in the living room and much more which wasn't mentioned anywhere.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had such a blast! It was the perfect location to travel from each day and we loved the hot tub after some long hikes. Great for groups! Even the little stuff was great- having spices in the cabinet and snacks upon arrival.

Check in was super easy & communications were quick thru the app. The neighborhood was gorgeous and the house itself was awesome. The number of bathrooms to bedrooms meant that all of our family had their own bathroom! The hot tub was a nice treat. This home was gorgeous and made our trip to the Grand Canyon & Sedona very enjoyable. I would definitely stay again, for sure. As a fun bonus, our family is hosting an exchange student from Thailand, so many of the books & artwork were pretty special for her. Thank you again for allowing us to stay!!

The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and location was good. Very cozy, great amenities and personal touches. Host was great and responded quickly. We had a great trip and will be back again!
