Beautiful surroundings and looks just like the photos! Cozy and comfortable. Only thing to note is sound travels easily to loft area! Wasn’t an issue for my party but just a heads up for future bookers!

Very nice home in out of the way location with good access to Sedona, Flagstaff and points north.

The house was clean, comfortable and the location was great for hiking and relaxing. Porter was great with communication and provided recommendations along the way. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Nico’s Porch was a prefect weekend getaway. We had all the essentials to cook our own meals and spent a big portion of our time on the beautiful front deck. The beds were also comfy and clean. Would love to come back and stay here again!

Nico's Porch was a great getaway from the Phoenix heat for my wife and two dogs. The house was well setup to accommodate our pups who need to be on leash or fenced in at all times. The BBQ worked perfectly for our home cooked meals. The neighbors were very friendly. And we were close to some great trails only a couple blocks away.
