This property is sensational from the large and well-appointed home to the spectacular back yard and courtyard area. The views are impeccable and this home is a perfect spot for relaxation and unwinding. We’ll be back!

First time in Arizona so didn’t really know what to expect. This house delivered everything we needed and more. It was the perfect setting to completely make us feel like we are in Arizona. The architecture, the views, all the variety of 🌵🌵🌵, waking up to birds chirping in your backyard, occasional bunny visits, it was just spectacular. I never thought I would like the desert setting this much but I fell in love with it right upon arrival.
We will definitely return!

Exactly what we expected at the Boulders

It started off a little bumpy, but once we made contact with John in maintenance, and given the proper codes for entry into the home everything improved. Unfortunately they did not have garage bags for any of the trash cans. It must have been an oversight, because the home was stocked with everything else. We did not understand why the fireplaces are off limits to quests. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this home again, but will injure about the fireplaces next time. It would have been nice to have a fire at night.

This stay was incredible. I thought the photos were beautiful, but in person it is even better. I loved my stay and would rent here again. The only issue with our stay (which wasn't the fault of the property manager) the location within the community was very difficult to find.
First, google maps doesn't have the right location. Second, there is not a specific address to find the exact way to get there, you have to follow typed out instructions which was not easy. If you are going to stay here, rent a car. Do not rely on ubers. I was on a work trip and my ubers/delivery drivers got lost each time. If you are ubering, add another half hour to forty five minutes to prepare time to give instructions to your driver. I ended up renting a car last minute because it was such a hassle. But still - super worth it. I just wish I had been better prepared for that. This place is magical.
