Description was very accurate. The house was a great home base to explore the Flagstaff area.

This place was exactly what we needed! Location was easy to get to and perfect for going walking with our dog. Sidewalks and friendly people throughout the whole development. Only five minutes to get to the golf course that we like to play. Also, we were able to walk to the hiking trails at Campbell Mesa instead of driving. We have stayed in many places in Flagstaff and this is the one we will book again. The beds were extremely comfortable and so was the couch. We like having a one level home with no stairs. The fenced backyard was great for our dog and the garage was a perfect spot to safely store our bikes and our golf clubs when not in use. The house is on a corner but there was not a lot of traffic or noise. We appreciated the gas grill and cooked all of our meals at home. Kitchen had what we needed for basic cooking for two people. Plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, etc. I wish it had air conditioning. In the middle of summer it might be a bit hot. Not a problem in Sept

Enjoyed our stay. Convenient to Grand Canyon and other parks and sites. Highly recommend. Ideally would be helpful to have a earlier checkin than 4. Perhaps that is standard?

Great house and good location for group of friends to hang out for the weekend. House was clean, beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Would definitely stay here again.
