Loved this place. Big enough to fit my whole family and all the rooms had more than enough space. Had all the things we needed to cook. Game rooms were a hit with the teenagers and huge living room area! It was nice to wake up to snow and it wasn’t freezing inside.

I’m so happy that we stayed at Kathryn place! This chalet is so warm, cozy and beautiful! It felt like home! I am organizing trips for a group of people and it was such a right decision to book this house! Very spacious, lots of space, lots of beds, it can fit up to 14 people, game room, grill, we even found old CD disks and cassettes with great fenomenal selection of movies! Kitchen was fully equipped, and we were happy to see essential stuff for cooking as well, coffee, tea supplies. Very clean and cozy! Great location, 40 mins to Sedona, 1h 40 mins to Petrified Forest NP, 1h 30 mins to Grand Canyon, we spend lots of time in Sedona so it was very convenient for us to stay in Flagstaff as also we were traveling to National Parks for a day trips. It's a great place to stay and I highly recommend it!!!!

We really enjoyed staying here. Not only the place but the surrounding with beautiful forest and quiet neighborhood.

Host would respond with in an hour, the pictures looked a little different, the only thing the kitchen and one of the rooms needs curtains, other than that it was great, we were looking for a blender and there wasn’t any so I asked if we could borrow one and they bought one and took it with in an hour.

Great place to stay! Perfect place if you have a big group. The bottom level rents separately but there wasn’t anyone while we stayed. It’s in a neighborhood so not too secluded if it’s what you’re looking for .
