We had a party of 8. The location was great! Within 10-60 minutes of every place we went to. The accommodations worked well and the kids loved that there were toys and books to play with. We had deer in the yard for a few days straight and even a cow (lol). For those that have knee problems, be aware that the only way upstairs to the bedrooms is an open spiral staircase (as shown in the listing). We had only one mishap which occurred within just a few hours of check-in on a Saturday evening. There was no water. But after contacting the host, they were very quick to have a large tank of water delivered to us early Sunday morning and again later in the week. Someone even came by and took the trash can out to the end of the driveway while we were out one day. The treehouse was enjoyed by 3 to 65 year olds. Very sturdy. The kids thought we were at a park. :) Remember you're in the country and there might be a mouse, Keep food items stored properly. Would stay again! Thanks!

House is in a very quiet area. Great view. The house is spacious. The host responded promptly.

Such a perfect stay for our little vacation! It was so beautiful and so spacious! The views were astounding and we hated to leave! Will definitely choose this property again!

Place was exactly what we need for a short trip into the AZ wilderness.
