This place met our needs perfectly. Located between Flagstaff and Williams, it was perfect for our train trip to the Grand Canyon and our visit to Bearizona. The 3.5 bathrooms was also a big plus! We were all very pleased and would gladly stay there again.

Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay very much. Clean, enough supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). Everyone slept well in this quiet neighborhood. The dining table was great for working a puzzle or playing games together. Be advised that their vendors do have access to the garage while you're staying there. It threw us off the couple of times the garage door went up.

This is a great place for a large group, in our case a family. Lots of good space! Comfortable beds! Plentiful bathrooms.

Great stay with the family and only a 20 minute drive to Flagstaff. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The place accommodated my family of 12 with no issues.
