This is a wonderful place to rent. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is so nice. The rental has all the amenities that you would need including a Keurig with pods and shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely rent from Porter again.

It was reasonable on cost and everything we needed was there. very close to town, easy to get in and out. cozy backyard. the only thing I'd say it to have more blankets as it gets colder. other than that it was great!

Every detail, from the location, to everything in Williams, to Grand Canyon,(approximately 1 hour), Sedona, (approximately 1 hour), fishing, (several local lakes), was outstanding. Details in appliances, utensils, cooking equipment, etc. was over and beyond our expectations! All beds were perfect! Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Locals were amazing at the stores and restaurants we visited. Praying God leads us back to this place with friends/family in the future! One minor issue with the internet on the last night and Porter immediately went to work finding us a solution and helped us to solve the issue in a very timely manner. I would recommend this place to everyone!

The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and towels for the bathrooms.

We appreciated the included extras like q-tips, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and enough toilet paper for our stay. The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a house under construction next door but we never noticed any noise. Maybe it was happening while we were on our adventures.Thank you for a great stay!
