Quiet, quaint, well-maintained neighborhood nestled in the trees. Family-friendly, great location to downtown and NAU. Home is clean, welcoming, and well-appointed. Very comfortable!

Lovely place in a quiet neighborhood that's very walkable. Our family had a wonderful time being together here. A great layout for everyone to be comfortable.

Porter's Place was located in a quiet neighborhood. The patio looked out on the forest behind the residence. The inside worked extremely well for six adults. The home was clean and comfortable. The response time from the host was very good and always friendly and professional. This is not a negative, but people should know the residence is on different levels once inside if stairs are a challenge. The location is about an easy six minute drive to downtown Flagstaff. If I had a group large enough I would definitely stay at this location again.

We had a great time staying here and ejoying the cool weather. The property manager was great and very accommodating. The area and neighborhood was wonderful and would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a quiet new subdivision. The back yard opens onto a wooded area. Very peaceful. The home is large and well appointed. The only thing unclear in the listing was the true location of the bedrooms. There are four levels. The bottom level has a large bedroom with a full bath located in the hall. Eight steps up to the next level which has the living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry and a 1/2 bath. Then it's more steps up to the next level with a Queen bedroom and a twin w/full bedroom and a shared hall bath. Finally more steps up to the huge master suite with an en suite bath. We had a handicapped individual with us and had not anticipated the extra level. But, overall the place was great, and we made due.
