This was a gorgeous house perfect for a large group. Host was responsive but had to follow up a lot. Check in was not hard but there was only one key to 15 people in a lock box. Kitchen pots and pans were dirty and need replacing. Very disappointed we couldn’t use the Pool or hot tub because it was filthy our entire stay from previous renters which ruined the trip. The house needs a ton of maintenance. Door falling off and couldn’t close, disgusting carpets like someone threw up in the rooms, light fixtures falling which almost hit someone in the head, dirty showers, dirty patio furniture, light fixtures were out, umbrellas broken and trash left behind. Sadly we will not be staying here again as we requested these things get fixed during our stay but was not. We were provided a price adjustment for this however wish some of the most important items were addressed during our stay so we could move on and enjoy. Not being able to use the pool in the heat was frustrating.

Stayed here for a bachelor party, had a great time. The house was more than enough to suit 13 guests. Plenty of space to hangout, and tons of activities to do inside the home. Definitely would stay again, and great communication from the host.

Porter was very responsive and helpful. Had all the amenities needed which made that stay that much better. Will be back!

The experience with Porter was excellent, the house reflected the photos and description. The host was very responsive with all inquiries my group had but check-in and check-out times we prompt leaving little time for large groups to coordinate unless an additional fee was paid. Overall positive experience would rent again.
